OPORTUNITĂȚI ȘI PROVOCĂRI PRIVIND REGIONALIZAREA SECURITĂȚII LA MAREA NEAGRĂ. PERSPECTIVE PRIVIND COOPERAREA ECONOMICĂ LA MAREA NEAGRĂ ȘI IMPACTUL ACESTEIA ASUPRA SECURITĂȚII REGIONALE

În cadrul acestui demers, se realizează o radiografie a evoluției mediului de securitate regional, aflat sub influența permanentă a unor factori dinamici, analizând modalitățile de contribuție a principalilor actori regionali de a menține un climat benefic cooperării economice, din perspectiva identificării oportunității regionalizării securității la Marea Neagră.
Noutatea demersului va consta în decelarea, printr-o analiză detaliată pe mai multe paliere criteriale, a noilor riscuri și vulnerabilități la care este expusă securitatea regională a Mării Negre, în contextul crizei mondiale, generate de pandemie, identificându-se, totodată, perspectivele de regionalizare a securității Mării Negre. Având în vedere actuala situație geopolitică, maniera realistă de abordare a fenomenului se va axa pe revelarea algoritmului globalizării și echilibrului de putere, după noi puncte de referință.
