ABORDAREA INTEGRATĂ – CONSIDERAȚII, POTENȚIAL, LIMITĂRI

Mediul de securitate contemporan este caracterizat de provocări complexe. Emergența amenințării hibride a determinat creșterea gradului de complexitate și a ambiguității mediului operațional. Pentru a putea face față acestor provocări la adresa securității, este necesară aplicarea sincronizată a instrumentelor de putere. Astfel, conceptualizarea și operaționalizarea unei abordări integrate devin o necesitate. Rezolvarea problemei vicioase a amenințării hibride poate fi facilitată de abordarea integrată.
