CONCEPTUALIZAREA RELAŢIILOR CIVIL-MILITARE, SUPORT AL PROCESELOR DE INSTITUŢIONALIZARE

Abstract

Teoria privind relaţiile civil-militare reprezintă o componentă instituţională principală în cadrul politicilor de securitate. În acest context teoretic controlul civil, cu alte cuvinte, subordonarea puterii militare către o autoritate civilă este o componentă importantă a democraţiilor liberale, împreună cu pluralismul civic de protecţie a statului de drept, un sistem judiciar independent, precum şi protecţia drepturilor minorităţilor şi libertăţilor fundamentale.

Irina IOANA, Universitatea Națională de Apărare „Carol I”

A absolvit in anul 2009 Facultatea de Drept din cadrul Universitatii Nicolae Titulescu; in 2012 a absolvit programul de masterat Securitate si Aparare organizat de Universitatea Nationala de Aparare Carol I, iar in acelasi an, la aceeasi institutie de invatamant, a inceput programul doctoral.
