Abstract

Security became one concept that integrated different fields: political, economic, social, cultural, ecological, military, moral, diplomatic and humanitarian. The economic component of national security has gained great importance in current internal and international circumstances. In this context, the activities of scientific research, technological development, but also innovation have an important role leading to the qualitative and quantitative increase of the national production and technological potential as being essential elements for the provision of material and spiritual wellbeing. In order to settle the role of scientific research, technological development and innovation in the fulfillment of the scientific progress contributing to the economic and social development, and also to the
strengthening of the security system, it is necessary to define the mentioned notions. These aspects are meant to emphasize our scientific work.

Filofteia REPEZ, Universitatea Națională de Apărare „Carol I”

A absolvit Şcoala Militară de ofiţeri activi „Nicolae Bălcescu”, Sibiu, promoţia 1989, Universitatea „Valahia” Târgovişte, Facultatea de Ştiinţe Juridice, promoţia 2001, Master în specializarea „Teoria şi exerciţiul funcţiei publice” la Universitatea „Valahia” Târgovişte, Facultatea de Ştiinţe Juridice, Master în specializarea „Puterea Executivă şi Administraţia Publică” la Şcoala Naţională de Studii Politice şi Administrative, Facultatea de Administraţie Publică, Facultatea de Comandă şi Stat Major, Universitatea Naţională de Apărare „Carol I”, promoţia 2007. Studii doctorale în domeniul ştiinţe militare şi informaţii (2010) şi studii postdoctorale în informaţii şi securitate naţională (2015). Este colonel conferenţiar universitar (şef de comisie) în cadrul Departamentului operaţii multinaţionale, studii strategice şi de securitate – Facultatea de Securitate şi Apărare/Universitatea Naţională de Apărare “Carol I”. A publicat, până în prezent, numeroase articole şi lucrări de specialitate, printre care: Aspecte politice ale securităţii României (2010), Aspecte privind securitatea în America Latină – studiu (2013), Infrastructura teritorială şi dezvoltarea durabilă (prim autor, 2015), Protecţia mediului – necesitate, reglementare şi implementare (2016).
