Abstract

Starting from the special challenges to the current operational situation and the legitimate requirements of the beneficiary, some obvious questions will arise related to the programs of study to which the university has to answer: What should a graduate know and do? How long does it take to prepare him/her according to the requirements of the beneficiary? Which should be the percentage of technical subjects in the education plans? What subjects will best cover the requirements of the beneficiary? How can practical training be performed and how often? How can competent teachers and instructors from the field be selected and promoted?

Ion PURICEL, Universitatea Națională de Apărare „Carol I”

Colonel.conf.univ.dr. Ion PURICEL este directorul Departamentului forţe aeriene din cadrul Facultăţii de Comandă şi Stat Major /UNAp. ”Carol I” Colonelul Ion PURICEL are preocupări constante pe linia apărării împotriva rachetelor balistice. În acest sens, el a susţinut teza de doctorat, în 2007, cu o temă legată de întrebuinţarea rachetelor antiaeriene pentru combaterea rachetelor balistice şi a publicat diverse comunicări şi articole legate de problematica apărării antirachetă. Colonelul Ion PURICEL este ofiţer de rachete şi artilerie antiaeriană, a absolvit Academia de Înalte Studii Militare în anul 2000 şi Colegiul Naţional de Război al SUA în anul 2015.
