CERTAIN CONSIDERATIONS REGARDING ISR STRUCTURES FROM LAND FORCES IN SUPPORT OF INFORMATION OF THE JOINT FORCES GROUP

Abstract

ISR structures from Land Forces contribute through specific actions with information in support of decision makers in all phases of operations of the Joint Forces Group. The ISR capabilities specific to the Land Forces are permanently interconnected within the information architecture at a combined level.

 

Author Biography

Valeriu-Adrian JIANU, Ministry of National Defence

Born on December 04, 1974, town Medgidia, Valeriu-Adrian JIANU graduated the master of command from National University of Defence ,,Carol I”, series of graduates 2016. He is PhD student of National University of  Defence ”Carol I”,  series 2019.

By profession officer from Romanian Army, he has vast experience in ISR domain, he is 32nd Surveillance and Reconnaissance Battalion commander from 18th Surveillance and Reconnaissance Brigade, located in Timișoara.

He has a vast scientific activity in ISR domain, being the co-author of  ”Manual for the use of ISR elements in the Land Forces, Bucharest, 2019,  and articles and scientific papers such as:
