About the Journal
Strategies XXI - Technologies, Military Applications, Simulation and Resources is an annual international scientific conference organized and hosted by the Command and Staff College / „Carol I" National Defence University.
The Conference is designed as a collaborative platform for dissemination of research results, enabling research partnerships between the military and civilian research and education communities.
Security and defence practitioners, scholars, researchers and students are invited to analyse the current and future operational environment, to present and debate potential solutions to emergent security and defence challenges.
In 2021, Strategies XXI - Technologies, Military Applications, Simulation and Resources has reached its 17th Edition.
The Conference is organized as a hybrid event, combining face-to-face and virtual interactions between research students, established academic community and defence industry representatives.
Upon publication the Proceedings of the Conference are indexed in ProQuest and submitted for evaluation to be included in Conference Proceedings Citation Index (Web of Science).
