OPERATIONAL ART – ESSENTIAL COMPONENT OF NAVAL DOCTRINE

Abstract


In the context of the occurrences of crises generating causes whose sources are found in the multitude of disputes of historic, cultural, ethnic, religious or even educational nature, the adoption of operative thinking is a doctrinal requirement of crucial significance nowadays. In this context, the use of operative art is a desideratum without which the existence of a doctrine would be devoid of gnoseological consistency.
